The Honourable Greg Rickford, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources and Minister for the Federal Economic Development Initiative for Northern Ontario, today announced the appointment of Mr. Steven Kelly as a full-time member of the National Energy Board (NEB) for a term of seven years, effective October 13, 2015.
Mr. Kelly brings over 30 years of practical expertise in working with conventional and unconventional energy resources. For the past 19 years, he has undertaken technical, commercial, regulatory and strategic consulting projects for Canadian and international clients focusing on regional and global crude oil and petroleum markets. Most recently, he served as Vice-President of IHS Global Canada Ltd. of Calgary, Alberta, an energy consulting firm.
