Ottawa, ON — The Honourable Erin O’Toole, Minister of Veterans Affairs, and the Honourable Andrew Scheer, Speaker of the House of Commons, will unveil plans for the placement of a bronze plaque to the memory of LCol Sam Sharpe. Upon completion, the plaque will be placed in Centre Block of Parliament.
