Fort Smith, Northwest Territories, July 27, 2015 – Dr. Collin Carrie, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of the Environment, will take part in the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada plaque unveiling ceremony to commemorate Francois Beaulieu as a national historic person.
Dr. Carrie will make the announcement on behalf of the Honourable Leona Aglukkaq, Minister of the Environment and Minister responsible for Parks Canada.
