Halifax, Nova Scotia, July 7, 2015—The Honourable Ed Holder, Minister of State (Science and Technology), will participate in the announcement of an investment in an Atlantic Canada–based firm resulting from Government of Canada defence procurement policies.
Following the announcement, Minister of State Holder will tour the laboratory of Dr. Robert Singer, a recent recipient of a Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) Discovery Grant Award, at St. Mary's University.
NOTE: Lab coats and safety goggles will be required for the laboratory tour.
