At approximately 1:30 a.m. on July 12, 2015 inmate Anthony Lawrence Ernest was apprehended by the Rosthern Detachment of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
At 1:55 p.m. on July 12, 2015 inmate Conrad Glen Slippery was apprehended by the Rosthern Detachment of the RCMP.
Slippery and Ernest had been unlawfully at large from Willow Cree Healing Lodge a minimum security federal institution, since July 11, 2015.
CSC is conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
