ST. JOHN’S, Newfoundland and Labrador -- Senator Fabian Manning, on behalf of the Honourable Gail Shea, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, will announce Government of Canada investments in Small Craft Harbours in Newfoundland and Labrador.
The announcement will highlight significant funding for eleven harbours located in Harbour Breton, Belleoram, Pool’s Cove, Hermitage, Conne River, Comfort Cove, Happy Adventure, Joe Batt’s Arm, La Scie, Lumsden and Twillingate.
Senator Manning will be available for a photo opportunity and to answer questions from the media following the announcement.
