July 8, 2015 – Sherbrooke, Quebec – Employment and Social Development Canada
On July 13, the Sherbrooke Service Canada Centre is moving to a new office.
We will cease our activities on July 10 at noon in the current location (124 Wellington Street North) to reopen on Monday July 13 at 1 p.m. in the Place de la Cité building, which is located at 50 King Street, suite 140, Sherbrooke.
Citizens will have access to all the usual services offered by the Service Canada Centre. Its usual schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The new location will provide the population with access to Government of Canada programs and services. The Centre will continue to meet the needs and expectations of Canadians. Among other things, they will be able to get a Social Insurance Number, submit a claim for Employment Insurance benefits or Old Age Security benefits and to submit passport applications.
Service Canada is the Government of Canada’s service-delivery network, and provides Canadians with easily accessible, personalized services, whether by telephone, by Internet, in person or by mail.
