On August 13, 2015, Peter Collins, an inmate at Bath Institution died at Regional Hospital in Bath Ontario.
At the time of his death, Mr. Collins, 54 years-old, had been serving an indeterminate sentence for First Degree Murder since September 19, 1984.
The inmate’s next of kin have been notified of his death.
As in all cases involving the death of an inmate, the police and the coroner have been notified, and the Correctional Service of Canada will review the circumstances of the incident.
