Parks Canada invites visitors to enjoy the Fall Harvest at Fort Chambly National Historic Site, featuring many activities, demonstrations and workshops. The Harvest Celebration will take place on October 10, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
With kiosks and conferences, visitors can learn more about the history of cuisine in Quebec and take part in outdoor cooking.
There are a variety of activities suitable for the entire family, including an apple sculpting workshop where young and old alike can let out their creativity in the company of artist Lynda Baril.
Visitors can perfect their skills at making personalized organic flour breads with Le Pain Voyageur Bakery or experience various flavours by adding fresh hops to beer at a beer tasting workshop.
