Parks Canada invites visitors to Fundy National Park for the second annual Fundy Bike Fest on October 3 and 4, 2015.
Events will include biking activities for all ages and experience levels. Avid bikers can participate in the eleventh Tour of Elgin (Elgin 120), kids can bike the Family Bike Rodeo, and groups can register for the Mountain Bike Relay.
On Saturday, October 3, the annual “Tour of Elgin” 120-km race will take place just outside of Fundy National Park in Elgin, N.B. Participants can then make their way to Fundy National Park where there will be a Family Bike Rodeo with Mike’s Bike Shop. In the evening, there will be entertainment and refreshments for all participants at Tipsy Tails Bar & Grill.
On Sunday October 4, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation will host a Mountain Bike Relay for charity at Fundy National Park.
