The National Battlefields Commission is pleased to welcome the Grand Prix Cycliste de Québec to the Plains of Abraham for the sixth year in a row. Québec’s favourite gathering place will be the heart of the action at this world-class competition—part of the UCI WorldTour—and a sure-fire hit with the elite field, their support teams, the media, and spectators from around the world.
The event in brief
- Like the 4 million visitors who come to National Battlefields Park every year, the top-tier cycling community is on its way to Québec to face off on a course that runs right through Canada’s original historical park.
- The National Battlefields Commission invites both families and athletes to take the opportunity to explore the history of the Plains of Abraham at the Plains of Abraham Museum, 835 Avenue Wilfrid-Laurier, which doubles as the park’s information and visitors centre. There’s so much to see and do!
