At approximately 11:37 p.m. on September 2, 2015 inmate Sylvain Martin was apprehended by the Sûreté du Québec of Drummondville.
This inmate had been unlawfully at large from the minimum security unit at Bowden Institution since April 16, 2015.
CSC is conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
