Consultation Tables

In accordance with intersectional and trauma-informed practices, the OFOVC has created multiple methods to gather information for the investigation, including:

• Individual interviews (survivors & stakeholders)
• Focus Groups
• Sector consultation tables (listed below)
• Surveys for survivors & stakeholders (available starting November 1, 2024)
• Accepting written submission

The goal of the sector consultations is to gather broad input from those regularly engaging with the criminal justice system in their support or advocacy work with survivors of sexual violence. 

Tables are organized by topic/sector area to ensure input centres the differential impacts, challenges, and experiences faced by distinct groups, and types of knowledge held by different stakeholders. 

We invite those with experience supporting survivors engaging with the criminal justice system to register for one or more tables by following the links below.
