Parks Canada Invites You to Put Some Summer in Your Holiday Season

Half-Price PEI National Park 2016 season passes available now for a limited time

Parks Canada invites those in search of the perfect gift this holiday season to consider giving a season of summer fun. Prince Edward Island National Park season passes are on sale from now until December 23, 2015 for half price. At just $49 for a family pass, it is a great deal that gives access to beautiful PEI National Park and exciting summer programs. Adult, youth and senior passes are also available for half price.

Holiday season pass purchases can be made at Ardgowan National Historic Site, located at 2 Palmers Lane in Charlottetown, from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, until December 23rd. Passes will also be available for purchase at the Confederation Court Mall, from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on the following dates: December 7, 9, 14, 16, 21 and 23, as well as from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 19th.

Set against the breathtaking beauty of PEI’s rugged north shore, PEI National Park is the ultimate summer destination. Featuring over 50 km of trails, supervised swimming, two campgrounds and a line-up of fun and educational activities for all ages, including sandcastle building, guided walks, interactive campfires, and beach discovery programs — there is something for everyone.

  • PEI National Park season passes offer residents and visitors the very best value for a full summer of outdoor fun and learning, and are on sale at half price for a limited time from December 1st to 23rd 2015. 
  • PEI National Park runs along 46 km of the island’s north shore and includes Cavendish to North Rustico, Brackley to Dalvay and the Greenwich peninsula. The park features some of the PEI’s most beautiful sandy beaches as well as impressive sandstone cliffs and is home to the Piping Plover, a species at risk.
