Joël Lightbound, Member of Parliament for Louis-Hébert (Québec), will participate in a plaque unveiling ceremony to commemorate the national historic significance of Mount Hermon Cemetery.
Mr. Lightbound will make the announcement on behalf of the Honourable Catherine McKenna, Minister of the Environment and Climate Change and Minister responsible for Parks Canada.
