Joël Lightbound, Member of Parliament for Louis-Hébert (Quebec), will take part in the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada plaque unveiling ceremony to commemorate the national historic event of the Immigration of the filles du roi to New France.
Joël Lightbound will make the announcement on behalf of the Honourable Catherine McKenna, Minister of Environment and Climate Change and Minister responsible for Parks Canada.
