Government of Canada Celebrates the National Historic Significance of Beaubassin and the official opening of the view park Beaubassin and Fort Lawrence National Historic Sites

Bill Casey, Member of Parliament for Cumberland-Colchester, will officially open the new view park at the Beaubassin and Fort Lawrence National Historic Sites and will also take part in the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada plaque unveiling ceremony to commemorate Beaubassin as a national historic site.

Mr. Casey will make the announcement on behalf of the Minister of the Environment and Climate Change and Minister responsible for Parks Canada, Catherine McKenna.
