The Government of Canada Commemorates Roderick Langmere Haig-Brown (1908-1976) as a National Historic Person

Pam Goldsmith-Jones, Member of Parliament for West Vancouver—Sunshine Coast—Sea to Sky Country, will take part in a Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada (HSMBC) plaque unveiling ceremony to commemorate Roderick Langmere Haig-Brown (1908-1976) as a national historic person.

Pam Goldsmith-Jones will make the announcement on behalf of the Minister of Environment and Climate Change and Minister responsible for Parks Canada, the Honourable Catherine McKenna.

The HSMBC plaque unveiling ceremony will take place during the annual Fall Festival at Haig-Brown House.
