Joël Lightbound, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Finance and Member of Parliament for Louis-Hébert, on behalf of the Minister of Environment and Climate Change and Minister responsible for Parks Canada, Catherine McKenna, will take part in a Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada plaque unveiling ceremony to commemorate the Charlottetown and Québec Conferences of 1864 as a national historic event.
