Sean Casey, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Canadian Heritage and Member of Parliament for Charlottetown, on behalf of the Minister of Environment and Climate Change and Minister responsible for Parks Canada, the Honourable Catherine McKenna, will take part in a Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada plaque unveiling ceremony to commemorate the Charlottetown and Québec conferences of 1864 as a national historic event.
