Parks Canada and the Métis Nation-Saskatchewan will make an important announcement at the Back to Batoche opening program

The Honourable Daniel Vandal, Minister responsible for Prairies Economic Development Canada, Minister responsible for the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency and Minister of Northern Affairs and Glen McCallum, President of the Métis Nation–Saskatchewan, will make an announcement during the opening program at the Back to Batoche festival.

 

Minister Vandal will make the announcement on behalf of the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Environment and Climate Change and Minister responsible for Parks Canada. The Honourable Marty Klyne, Senator, Saskatchewan, will also be in attendance.
