Minister Vandal to unveil new PrairiesCan service location and announce federal investments to advance economic development in northwest Alberta

June 26, 2023 – Grande Prairie, Alberta – The Honourable Dan Vandal, Minister for PrairiesCan, will officially unveil the new PrairiesCan service location in Grande Prairie and outline a wide range of economic development initiatives to create jobs and build growth across northwest Alberta.

Joining Minister Vandal will be the Honourable Todd Loewen, Minister of Forestry and Parks, Government of Alberta; Bob Marshall, Reeve, County of Grande Prairie; Gladys Blackmore, Deputy Mayor, City of Grande Prairie; Linden Roberts, Executive Director, Philip J. Currie Museum; and Kim Pinnock, Acting Director, Invest Grande Prairie.
