Minister Boissonnault to announce federal investments for Alberta workers

December 15, 2023 – Edmonton, Alberta – The Honourable Randy Boissonnault, Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Official Languages, on behalf of the Honourable Dan Vandal, Minister for PrairiesCan, will announce federal investments for inclusive and accessible training opportunities that help meet the need for skilled workers in high-growth fields that have anticipated workforce demands.

Joining Minister Boissonnault will be Shauna Feth, President and CEO of the Alberta Chambers of Commerce; Margo Purcell, CEO and Co-Founder of InceptionU; Ray Wanuch, Executive Director of Cando, Gail Powley, President of Technology Alberta; and, Myrna Bittner, CEO and Co-Founder of RUNWITHIT Synthetics.
