Western Innovation Forum 2024

Western Innovation Forum 2024 (WIF 2024) is a business-to-business (B2B) meeting event and will take place virtually on March 5-7, 2024. There is no cost to register.
Reasons to participate in WIF
- WIF 2024 is an industry-oriented event that connects western Canada’s aerospace, marine and defence industries, cutting-edge innovators, and researchers to innovation-driven investment, research, partnerships, and ITB-related business opportunities.
- Last year, WIF attracted over 300 participants, including 34 defence prime contractors/tier 1 suppliers, and featured nearly 600 B2B meetings.
Participants already confirmed: The Boeing Company, General Dynamics Land Systems Canada, Irving Shipbuilding, Lockheed Martin, MDA, Raytheon, Weatherhaven, and Wartsila.
WIF 2024 will feature
- A virtual B2B meeting program consisting of defence prime contractors/top-tier suppliers, and a wide range of innovative western Canadian companies, post-secondary and public research institutions.
- As part of WIF’s B2B meeting program, PrairiesCan and PacifiCan will provide a list of recommended B2B meeting matches to prime contractors in line with their current demand areas. Early registration is necessary if you wish to benefit from this opportunity (see Key Dates below).
