Minister Mendicino travels to British Columbia to discuss new firearms legislation

Members of the media are invited to join the Honourable Marco Mendicino, Minister of Public Safety, as he speaks about the impact that the Government of Canada’s new firearms legislation will have in British Columbia, as well as federal support for crime prevention and community safety.
He will be joined by Sukh Dhaliwal, Member of Parliament for Surrey - Newton, British Columbia, and Randeep Sarai, Member of Parliament for Surrey Centre, British Columbia.
Following the press conference, Minister Mendicino as well as Members of Parliament Dhaliwal and Sarai will take questions from the media.
