Boardwalk reductions on Alexandra Bridge

For immediate release

Gatineau, Quebec, September 25, 2017 – Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) wishes to advise cyclists and pedestrians that the boardwalk on the Alexandra Bridge will be reduced for short periods of time for maintenance work during the following period:

•  Tuesday, September 26, to Friday, September 29

The schedule may change depending on weather conditions.

Cyclists will be asked to walk their bike when travelling through the reduced portion. There will be no disturbance to vehicular traffic on the bridge during this period.

PSPC encourages users to exercise caution when travelling on the boardwalk and thanks them for their patience.
