Lane closure on Chaudiere Crossing

For immediate release

Gatineau, Quebec, November 17, 2017 – Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) wishes to advise motorists that there will be a lane closure on the Chaudiere Crossing for inspections during the following period:

• Saturday, November 18, from 9 am to 4:30 pm

During this period, only one lane will be open to traffic in alternating directions. Traffic control signage will be in place, and vehicular traffic will be controlled by flagpersons. Motorists may encounter delays.

The schedule may change depending on weather conditions, in which case, the closure will occur on Sunday, November 19.

The sidewalk will remain open.

PSPC encourages users to exercise caution when travelling on the crossing and thanks them for their patience.
