Lane reductions on Burlington Canal Lift Bridge

Hamilton, Ontario, August 6, 2018 — Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) wishes to advise motorists of lane reductions on the Burlington Canal Lift Bridge due to repair work during the following period:

• Wednesday, August 8, from 9 am to 3 pm

During this period, motorists will experience lane reductions in both directions. It is important to note that one lane in both directions will be open at all times. There will be no lane reductions during peak times in order to minimize disruption. 

The bridge will remain open to cyclists and pedestrians during the lane-reduction periods.

The schedule may change depending on weather conditions.
