Closure of Portage Channel Bridge

For immediate release

Dokis, Ontario, October 22, 2018 — Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) wishes to advise users that the Portage Channel Bridge, located in Dokis, Ontario, will be closed for repair work during the following periods:

• Weekdays from October 23 to November 30, 2018, from 8 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 5 pm

The bridge will be completely closed during these periods, but emergency vehicles will be authorized at all times. Traffic control signage will be in place.

The schedule may change depending on weather conditions.
