Government of Canada to mark start of construction on new Modernized Gatineau Energy Centre

Gatineau, Quebec, June 8, 2022 – As part of Canadian Environment Week, the Honourable Filomena Tassi, Minister of Public Services and Procurement, and the Honourable Greg Fergus, Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister and to the President of the Treasury Board as well as Member of Parliament for Hull–Aylmer, will announce the start of construction on the new Modernized Gatineau Energy Centre. This will be followed by a question period with the media.
