Government of Canada to mark opening of new building

February 4, 2026 – Gatineau, Quebec

The Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Finance and National Revenue, on behalf of the Honourable Joël Lightbound, Minister of Government Transformation, Public Works and Procurement and Quebec Lieutenant, will participate in a ceremony to mark the opening of a new federal building. A media availability and a tour of the new building will follow the ceremony.
