The PensionPost portal offers you an environmentally friendly alternative to receiving and managing all your pension plan documents online such as your tax slips, annual statement, and direct deposit slips. By registering, you can conveniently access your pension documents anytime, anywhere all from a simple and secure location. If you do not register, you will continue receiving all your pension plan documents by mail.
It is available to retired members of all public service pension plans:
- Federal Public Service Pension
- Royal Canadian Mounted Police Pension
- Canadian Armed Forces Pension

Create an account
To register, you will need:
- an email address
- your pension number
- your individual Payee Account Key
You can find these numbers on your yearly direct deposit statements.
When you enter your pension number and Payee Account Key, make sure each one has 9- digits. If either one has fewer than 9-digits, add zeros at the beginning.
Sign in
After registering, you will start receiving email notifications when your new pension documents are available to view online. Log-in to view, print or download copies.
