Architect Professional Certification Program fall 2025 cohort applications
Applications for the next cohort of the Architect Professional Certification Program (APCP) will open on April 7, 2025.
The application deadline is May 16, 2025, and training will begin in the fall.
Program overview
The APCP is a career development program open to all Government of Canada (GC) employees looking to begin or grow their career in enterprise architecture. The program focuses on equipping employees with the skills they need to be successful IT architects. These architects create roadmaps and contribute to solutions that ensure technology investments align with GC standards and goals.
The APCP has received Canadian accreditation from the Canadian Information Processing Society. When you take part in the APCP, you’re participating in a program that is recognized nationally and internationally within the IT industry.
Costs
- SSC employees: Costs will be covered by SSC’s central training budget
- Other government departments and agencies: There will be a charge to participants’ home organizations. Details on costs will be provided during the application process
