Two Canadian astronauts to graduate with their NASA astronaut class

Longueuil, Quebec, — On , Canadian Space Agency (CSA) astronauts Jenni Sidey-Gibbons and Joshua Kutryk will graduate from NASA's astronaut basic training during a ceremony at Johnson Space Center in Houston.

Selected in 2017 by the CSA, Jenni and Joshua took this training with their NASA classmates under the supervision of CSA astronaut Jeremy Hansen. It was the first class to be supervised by a Canadian astronaut.

Media are invited to watch the graduation ceremony live on NASA's website. Those who wish to attend in person are asked to contact Johnson Space Center's newsroom at 281-483‑5111 by , at 5:00 p.m. ET, in order to begin NASA's accreditation process.
