Canadian Space Agency scientist Tim Haltigin to talk about Mars exploration with Toronto students

Longueuil, Quebec,  — On , Tim Haltigin, Planetary Senior Mission Scientist at the Canadian Space Agency (CSA), will be at Brown Junior Public School to talk to 450 students about the Mars  mission and the search for signs of past life on Mars.

Dr. Kim Tait, Teck Endowed Chair of Mineralogy at the Royal Ontario Museum and Professor at the University of Toronto, will also be there to talk about her involvement in this mission. Kim Tait is part of a panel of distinguished, international field-leading scientists who will make strategic decisions in planning and executing a complete Mars Sample Return campaign.

The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session with the students.
