Launch of Boeing's Starliner crew flight test: Media accreditation

Longueuil, Quebec,  — Media are invited to Kennedy Space Center in Florida to cover the launch of NASA's Boeing Crew Flight Test (CFT) to the International Space Station (ISS), targeted for no earlier than .

CFT is an important milestone ahead of the Starliner-1 mission, the spacecraft's first operational mission, on which Canadian Space Agency (CSA) astronaut Joshua Kutryk is scheduled to fly, no earlier than the beginning of . Starliner-1 will be Joshua's first mission, making him the fourth CSA astronaut to take part in a long-duration mission aboard the ISS and the first one to fly under NASA's Commercial Crew Program.

Joshua Kutryk will also be Capcom for the CFT flight, supporting from NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.

To attend the CFT launch, Canadian media must apply for accreditation online by 11:59 p.m. ET on .
