Pointe-du-Chêne, New Brunswick — The Honourable Marc Garneau, Minister of Transport and the Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard will announce temporary measures to address the deaths of whales in the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
