Winnipeg, Manitoba, 23 September 2019 – Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A19C0016) on the 4 March 2019 controlled flight into terrain of a Cessna 208B Caravan aircraft near Little Grand Rapids Airport, Manitoba.

The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
