Investigation report: July 2019 hard landing in Edmonton, Alberta

Edmonton, Alberta, 17 January 2020 — Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A19W0094) into the 19 July 2019 hard landing of a Westjet Encore DHC-400 aircraft at Edmonton International Airport (CYEG), Alberta.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
