Investigation report: June 2020 mid-air collision between two small aircraft in Constance Bay, Ontario

Richmond Hill, Ontario, 18 November 2020Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A20O0053) into the 14 June 2020 mid-air collision between a Cessna 172M aircraft and a Champion 7GCB aircraft on floats in Constance Bay, Ontario.

The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
