Annual remembrance ceremony at Canadian National Vimy Memorial

Vimy, France — The public and the media are invited to attend the official Government of Canada Remembrance Day ceremony at the Canadian National Vimy Memorial in the Pas-de-Calais region of France.

Government of Canada representative, Pierre Guimond, Minister-Counselor of Political Affairs, Embassy of Canada in France, and French Republic representative, Fabienne Buccio, préfète of Pas-de-Calais, will join military representatives from a number of countries and Canadian Armed Forces personnel based in Europe to pay tribute to Canadians and all those who served their countries from the First World War to current missions.
