Signing of new partnership agreement between Veterans Affairs Canada and the University of Prince Edward Island

Charlottetown, PE – The Honourable Lawrence MacAulay, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, accompanied by the Associate Deputy Minister of Veterans Affairs Canada, Lisa Campbell, will participate in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Department and the University of Prince Edward Island.

Minister MacAulay and Associate Deputy Minister Campbell, along with the President and Vice‑Chancellor of UPEI, Dr. Alaa S. Abd-El-Aziz, will be available to media and for a photo opportunity following the announcement.
