Veterans Affairs Canada to host an event recognizing Indigenous Veterans Day at local elementary school

Ottawa, ON – Veterans Affairs Canada will host an event for Indigenous Veterans Day with Veterans and students from Mary Honeywell Elementary School.

The event will include a panel discussion featuring two Indigenous Veterans. Following the panel discussion, students, Canadian Armed Forces member(s) and Veterans will participate in an adaptive sports demonstration.
