Government of Canada to announce important investments in overseas memorials

Givenchy-en-Gohelle, France – The Honourable Lawrence MacAulay, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, will make an important announcement regarding the Government of Canada’s commitment to preserve the legacy of Canadians and Newfoundlanders who served on the battlefields of Europe.
Minister MacAulay, along with other event participants, will be available to media following the announcement.
