Government of Canada to announce design for the National Monument to Canada’s Mission in Afghanistan

Ottawa, ON – The Honourable Lawrence MacAulay, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, will announce the selected design for the National Monument to Canada’s Mission in Afghanistan.

The Minister and other event participants will be available to media following the event.

This event will also be live streamed on Facebook in English and French.
