Commemorative ceremony to mark the 10^th anniversary of the end of Canada’s mission in Afghanistan

Ottawa, ON – The Honourable Ginette Petitpas Taylor, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, and General Wayne Eyre, Chief of the Defence Staff, will participate in a commemorative event at the National War Memorial to mark the 10^th anniversary of the end of Canada’s mission in Afghanistan.

Minister Petitpas Taylor, Veterans, and event participants will be available to media following the ceremony.
