2SLGBTQI+ Community Capacity Fund
The 2SLGBTQI+ Community Capacity Fund aims to build the capacity of 2SLGBTQI+ community organizations and networks to protect rights and advance equality across Canada.
This funding supports organizations’ activities that increase their capacity to reach their goals. This could include helping organizations with one or more of the following activities:
- Establish formal networks
- Become legally constituted
- Develop strategic and financial plans
- Improve knowledge about the needs of 2SLGBTQI+ communities
- Improve technical skills so they can effectively run their organizations

Funded organizations
The Federal 2SLGBTQI+ Action Plan allocated up to $40 million over five years (2022–2027), to build the capacity of 2SLGBTQI+ community organizations and networks to advance equality.
