Terry Duguid, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Women and Gender Equality, accompanied by Robert-Falcon Ouellette, M.P. for Winnipeg Centre, on behalf of the Honourable Maryam Monsef, Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Minister of International Development, will make an important announcement in support of survivors of gender-based violence in Manitoba.
