Government of Canada and Province of Nova Scotia to Announce Implementation of National Action Plan on Gender-based Violence

December 13, 2023 – Halifax, Nova Scotia — On December 14, Lisa Hepfner, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Youth, along with the Honourable Jill Balser, Nova Scotia’s Minister responsible for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women, will make an announcement supporting the implementation of the National Action Plan to End Gender-based Violence in Nova Scotia.
