14 Construction Engineering Squadron

14 Construction Engineering Squadron (14 CES) supports the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) by recruiting, training, and deploying Reservist personnel in Construction Engineering and Logistical Support. 14 CES comprises four Construction Engineering Flights (CEF) across Canada: 91 CEF in Gander, Newfoundland; 192 CEF in Aldergrove, British Columbia; 144 CEF in Pictou, Nova Scotia; and 143 CEF in Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia, where the Headquarters is also located. In addition to its engineering and logistical expertise, 14 CES specializes in the construction of expedient shelters, enabling the RCAF and Canadian Armed Forces to deploy infrastructure rapidly to protect their equipment and personnel in the most challenging environments.
